New Meeting Dates and Structure for 2012.
General meetings are held at 7:30pm on the 2nd Wednesday of every Month at the Showman's Club (Stanmore Rd, Yatala).
If you would like to contribute to the Club with an idea or opinion, then come along to the next General meeting and have your say. General meetings are for Members to contribute by suggesting ideas, concepts or proposing a directions for the Club to take. In most instances, no binding decisions are made at General meetings, as ideas etc will be forwarded to the Management Committee meeting for review and possible implementation.
Management Committee meetings are held prior to each General meeting at 6.30pm (until 7.30pm).
These meetings are strictly for persons on the Management Committee, invited members and guests only. Management Committee meetings are for the Committee Members to discuss, debate, and determine the direction of the Club - based on the previous General meetings agenda, and Club management responsibilities. The Management Committee will always take into account the opinions of the membership (gleaned from General meetings, Members correspondence and feedback), when making decisions for the Club.
The 2012 Management Committee will make decisions for the "Greater Good" of all Members of Albert District Motorcycle Club.
